A Model for Attitudinal Change

  • All development is self development
  • People Learn only what they want to learn - when they want to learn it
  • Before people can change their behavior,   they first have to change their thinking
  • Life is an extension of your thoughts; you can never escape yourself
  • To gain lasting results from training, participants need spaced repetition of the concepts, presented in a spiral fashion, for a minimum of 30 hours. Short term "event based training" simply doesn't work.  You need "a system" in place to accomplish your objectives. The 30 hour AiA System offers lasting results.
